Can Yuji use Immortality and Regeneration from Sukuna? Along with his Resistance to Biological Manipulation and Poison?

It’s not in character for Sukuna to help Yuji to this degree (bro just watched as Yuji vs Choso happened). Pretty sure Sukuna only heals on that level if he takes over.
The resistance to Poison is there although Taiyo doesn’t use any Bio manip or Poison as his standard means to fight. So that’s irrelevant if Yuji resists it.

Yuji also does not use Slaughter Demon in this key and its temporary/optional equipment

Since it’s not mentioned Taiyo’s optional equipment is under SBA. So he doesn’t have it. Only his standard supplement like Yae and his Yozakura Loungewear.

Someinine does have poisonous properties. But Taiyo has never tried in the entire manga to directly poison someone with his blood even against opponents he’d be fine with critically harming or killing like Asa. (The main character who uses the properties of Someinine blood offensively is Kawashita)
And when Taiyo releases excess blood via bloodletting it just sprays everywhere. So the only way Yuji gets poisoned this way if he goes of his way to try drinking Taiyo’s blood. Which Yuji wouldn't do.
His own blood that may get on his sword is just too small a quantity to notably impair Yuji this way.

So this battle would be pretty conventional. Taiyo’s Swordsmanship + marksmanship against Yuji’s hand to hand

Looks like Taiyo has all the abilities to effecitvely take on and defeat Yuji, in spite of his lower AP and Durability. Especially his ability to predict Yuji without verse equalization while Yuji wouldn't only be able to do the same to him with it. Doesn't matter much how strong Yuji if Taiyo is able to predict people who are even faster than him and counter effectively.

Yūji does seemingly have AP and Durability Advantage. BUT, Taiyo has "AT LEAST 16 Tons", so he should be higher makin him more equal to Yuji.

Taiyō does have Supernatural Willpower, and Mind Manipulation Resistance. So he can resist the negative effects of Cursed Energy.
Him merely exercising releases a lot of wind pressure, so imagine him doing it in Combat. Can definitely help him hard.

Taiyō does have Yae, and thus Electricity Manipulation and Paralysis Inducement. That can screw over Yuji hard once he strikes him with bullets or slashes (which will eventually happen), and leave him very open.

He has Half-Blooming, which I am GUESSING is like a watered-down version of actual Blooming. If this is indeed the case, then he has Hardening, greatly increasing his Durability. (Ofc prove me wrong if so)

Taiyo has Low-Mid Regeneration (scaling to users that have regenerated an arm cut clean off, fix hyper-extended joints and even bisection: he can even heal wounds in his very heart).

And ofc, the Cherry on top is his Amaterasu, greatly increasing his power.

Yūji from what I can see is a much better close-ranged fighter. Though he is Not handled to go against sword users, especially when a much more powerful version of him knew his disadvantage against Yuta with his katana.

The biggest wincon for Yūji will have to be him landing a Black Flash. As that can do INSANE damage to Taiyō (possibly insta-killing him), and he will have to constantly put pressure (which him getting a 120% boost due to Black Flash COULD help).

But (1) That is a random chance (2) Taiyo does have a lot more wincons against Yūji.​
