Reverse Blade’s Age Manipulation works very fast. How long does it take for Tails to get his Time Boost? And also wdym by “Tails is higher into Low 2-C”? Kai can also reverse time back if he gets hit btw. Voting Kai for now

He is far superior to people who scales to baseline Low 2-C, this is explained by Sonic´s powerscaling blog
Not if he ins´t in conditions of do so, Tails is far stronger than him, so he could liely incapacitate him with a few punches
