Tails(Archie Pre Genesis Wave) Revision

I have two problems with his page

1. Hyper Tails is powered by the same thing that powered Ultra Sonic so he should be rated as unknown as well

2. Titan Tails rating should be higher, He not only defeated Mogul and took his power he restored all the zones that Mogul destroyed which at the least should be in the millions which qualifies for 2-B

Why Ultra Sonic is not 2-C if he's stronger than Super? I suppose the Titan Tails revision make sense though.

because if i remember correctly one Super Emerald is stronger than 7 Chaos Emeralds, we just don't know to what extent
