There isn't much Tabuu can do to Palkia that..┬┐she? (I always felt that it's a she, even tho is genderless) can't counter, really. Palkia has more options for attack and can match in combat beings of "her" own strength. In a majority victory, I see Palkia taking it quite easily. I mean... She can control all of space and even create parallel worlds. Tabuu may create and embody subspace, but "she" embodies Space in general.
Edit: Is funny that you say bloodlusted, given Palkia would be bloodlusted af at Tabuu for meddling in her realm.

Palkia should take this.
Reasons: Palkia has more hax versatility and can half Tabuu's speed (with scary face, Taboo might undo this with reality warping, still the first time should catch him by surprise). Also varies defensive abilities (immortality type 4, acausality, resistance to erasure, etc.) make Palkia hard to kill.

It's already hard to put down due to being an abstract and it has significantly more abilities and variety. Also Tabuu most powerful attacks are predictable and require prep-time. While Palkia can causally perform Low 2-C feats.
