The third one is also true.
The second one will take some explaining. Now, this will not just be any surreal meme on the internet. This will specifically be YouTube surreal memes. The thing is, a lot of Surreal Meme creators collab. At the very least we know the two most popular Surreal Meme creators, BagelBoy and Timotainment, share a continuity via the Riddle of the Rocks saga. I beleive some other Surreal Meme creators could be considered "canon" to this, though this would require more research then I currently wish to do. Not just any Surreal Memes will be allowed. For example, we don't allow this for Animator vs. Animatio.
Long story short, yes to the second one as well, suprisingly (Though the true answer to this one is probably more for Admins to decide)
Now, there's the question of "Wait, arn't memes not allowed?" Memes arn't allowed because they have no continuity. Did you not just read that paragraph a few lines ago? Not to mention, these memes don't have otherwise copyrighted material, everything is origional, more or less.
Meme Man is just a poorly modeled 3D head posted on 4chan that was used as a logo for a facebook meme page
Orang is also more or less origional, being posted someone from a fourm called "ZBush Centeral".
Basically, none of the main characters in the canon surreal memes are copyrighted. While BagelBoy does use Garfield in some of his memes, they are seperated from the main Surreal Memes with Meme Man and Orang, as shown with the Garfield memes not being in his surreal meme playlists for his own channel.

Tanked a O34/45th dimentional attack casually
With the Octahedron of Transcendence, became of a "Higher Reality" and threatened all dimentions (Though this most likely refurs to universes) and said all of existance would eventually be in their grasp
Seemingly merged with a dimention in Riddle of the Rocks 2
Even when his Transendent powers were partially if not completely nulled, he was able to fight Meme Man when he had some of the transendent power of the Ainchents.

Power Nullification and/or Statistics Reduction: With the power of Succ. He nullified Orang's transedent powers.

Duplication: heheheh, foolish orang. our numbers are overwealming
Portal Creation and Breaking the Fourth Wall: Summoned a watermark from a portal and also used it to block attacks. Also punched Orang through portals. Both of these are from Riddle of the Rocks 2.
Energy Projection: From Riddle of the Rocks 2. Blasts and a lightsaber thing.
Reactive Power Level: "Tapped" into the power within when Orang summoned the Vegetals in Riddle of the Rocks 2.
Teleportation: Riddle of the rocks 2
Data Manipulation: Gained full control of a computer after becoming a png in Riddle of the Rocks 2.
Dimensional Storage: At several points pulled things out of nowhere
Weapon Mastery: Riddle of the rocks 2
Self-Sustenance (Type 1): Casually floats through space and can go underwater without trouble
Telekinesis: Was able to move crabs even with his powers disabled
Time Manipulation and Attack Reflection: Able to stop and rewind time. Is also able to reflect attacks as time is rewinding.
Sealing and/or BFR: Able to use Succ to create the Triacontadigon
Creation: Of hands for him to use seperately from his body
Limited Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2) and Reality Warping: Was able to download existance. This gave reality a virus
