Supes vs Capes: Glory Girl vs Starlight

Very similar designs but very different characters, hopefully a fun matchup

Glory Girl and Starlight are used (9-B)

Fight takes place in the streets of New York, Starting distance is 20 meters, Speed equal, Both in character, Win through incap or death.

It is so bizarre to have a worm character outspeed another character

That said I dunno if this is a stomp but it is at least somewhat one-sided, on top of Glory Girl having more speed in terms of the flight she uses to fight (and she's not really going to want to stay in close quarters since her forcefield shatters with a single hit), her aura that could just put Starlight on permanent lock to prevent her from really playing her cards right, more AP, more lifting strength...

Granted she's a lot less proficient in Worm compared to Ward, where my mental image of her is at, but on the other hand she also kinda freely blasts her aura and even Masters have trouble really shaking that off (save cases like Lung or Rachel that just respond to forcible fear inducement with an adrenaline burst into just beating them to death)

Starlight is going to charge her ultimate attack for 5 minutes straight, it does nothing but lift Glory Girl's girl skirt up and Amy gets a nosebleed

Speed is equalized in this matchup, Glory Girl being faster than Starlight isn't very relevant. I'll wait for any Starlight supporters to come and weigh in on the matchup

Glory Glory is also stronger, much more experienced, has vastly superior durability (minus a weakness that Starlight most likely wouldn’t be able to exploit effectively), has flight and has a fear aura if that helps.

The fear aura specifically is prone to outright incapacitating people who aren't adapted to it if she really brings it to full force, which Starlight isn't really resistant to
