I'm gonna have to go with Superman here low-mid diff, he has a lot more under his belt than Iron Man does and his stats just give him a decisive win.

AP/Dura - 6.3 vs 40 megatons, 6x advantage in Superman's favor.

Versatility- Again goes to Superman, Iron Man may have counters to his Heat Vision, he cannot fight against his freeze breath. Superman's also a better martial artist assumedly, and his force fields aren't that much stronger than his suit.

Stamina- Honestly? This one probably goes to Tony, Superman doesn't have any listed stamina-feats in this key, and Tony has been able to work constantly for 2 entire days.

Siding with the Boy Scout.

The armor is not merely 6.5 megatons but stronger by a fair margin from upscaling off the Model 16-15 armor, he can also further increase his strenght by absorbing heat.

I don't know he wouldnt be able to fighy his freeze breath, the forcefield can separate the cold from his armor, the suit can generate heat and even then previous armors are capable extremes low temperatures.
