The problem is this calc. The assumption here is that if the missiles are fast enough to cross the multiverse then this must be a low-ball, which is technically true. But this is what the OBD calls "hiding an outlier".
Low-balling a feat to be just crossing the observable universe because that bit isn't an outlier is pretty much equivalent to upgrading a Multi-Continental character to Planetary because they did a Universal feat, and that must require them to destroy at least 1 planet.
It's just taking an outlier and then making a new feat out of that outlier that's still an upgrade but not too high of one. So we have 3 choices here:
