Well, we're not going to have a Post-Flashpoint Superman profile soon due to the events of Superman Reborn a while back.

Rebirth Superman pushed back Doomsday and forced him into a portal leading to the Phantom Zone due to Mr. Oz scooping Doomsday up with his own tractor beam.

There's also two 4-B feats by the Green Lanterns (Mogo lighting a dying universe and Green Lanterns surviving a Solar System busting explosion), also that even if Superman was weakened by Rebirth, he should've been restored to full strength after Superman Reborn.

Probably not, in my opinion, given that they're both Kryptonian.

I've hear that this doomsday are a doomsday that fighted against Post-Crisis Superman, is this real? or it's just a Post-Flashpoint Doomsday?

Yeah.

In Action Comics, Post-Crisis Superman fought this Doomsday, albeit when he admitted to being weakened.

At this point, Superman was weakened due to the events of Rebirths (trying really hard to avoid spoiling at this point just in case).

What level is this Doomsday? because if he is Superman Post-Crisis level, i don't understand why Superman Post-Flashpoint is only Large Planet and not Solar System like Post-Crisis

I don't know. I haven't read any of the major New 52 titles since I've only gotten into comics recently.

I think if a weakened Post-Crisis Superman could beat this doomsday, i think he is not that strong. This explain why New 52 Superman are not Solar System level like Post Crisis.
