Hmm supergirl and martian manhunter are only like small city level, while naruto is what large island level? Plus naruto is a whole lot faster, seems like a massive stomp.

How good is MM's intangibility and telepathy? if it's anywhere as good as comics he solos. Though I know next to nothing about supergirl show

Naruto and sasuke are still too fast, and MM has to physically touch someone to mess with their minds and he doesn't like doing it from what i have observed, same with his intangibility, doesn't use it too much, a least not to hurt people like phasing through them.
