Wrong picture for Base Mo-Ri but okay...

I'm not sure if base Wukong has perfect immortality or not (pretty sure that's a Buddhahood thing) or whether or not his transmutation and magic applies in base.

Mo-Ri is just plain good at hand-to-hand combat and doesn't screw around (most of the time) since he hates losing, so I'm giving this to him.

it all does aply before buddahood. The whole reason they where forced to seal him under the mountain after the 7 generals and Earlang Shin fought him for months on end was beause of his immortality. So Jin got to find a way to bfr or seal him.

Can Jin use the gourd in base? I know he got it back when he regained his monkey King powers, but I also know he's used some of his equipment in base.

Otherwise he could try to trap him under full-sized Ryuji bang, but that would be a lot harder.

But he probably wouldn't do that unless bloodlusted, so I'll say inconclusive for now since neither can kill the other.

Well, the win condition is incapacitation or BFR. So Mo-Ri would just have to beat Wukong senseless to get a win.

Apparently Wukong is missing a ton of powers and abilities enough so that Wukong stomps Pegasus Seiya.

Well, we also need to organize what powers he has Pre-Buddhahood and Post-Buddhahood. So not all of those powers may apply in this fight.

The ones I'm aware of are:

Cloud-walking, Perfect Immortality (he wiped his name from the book of life and death), Shapeshifting, Barrier Creation, Lock Opening, Weather Manipulation, Resistance to Fire and Water, The ability to immobilize his enemies, and Duplication.

We might have to ask Matthew Schroeder about this, since he seems to be the premier mythology expert around here.

Wukong annihilates from what I remember when I watched cartoons about Journey to the West when I was young. Soul damage, has clones, transmutation, and all the other stuff. Pretty sure Matt would confirm this too.
