Summoning pseudo star

A character can summon a pseudo mini Black Star that absorbs matter and transforms it into another material.It is said that it imitates the life process of a star though on a much smaller scale.So I think its nuclear fusion, but without heat and just using its gravitation force to create new materials by absorbing everything around it including energy

does this count as AP or hax? and is it possible to determine what is the AP of the feat?
