Ber high-mid regen isn't combat applicable. She can be poofed with significant damage, bisenction being enough. The regen comes from gems being able to return from just their gems after being poofed, but it takes time, and Sukuna can just as well attack the gems (Ruby and Sapphire) until they crack or break. Afaik, she is also below him in AP/Dura

High-Mid regen only applies when she regenerates a new body after getting poofed which could take a while and the Go/jo treatment is more than enough to bring that result.
