While the Predator has invisibility, Sub-Zero's senses are potent enough to detect people coming to his location even though they aren't there. That's one advantage covered.
Both seem to have information analysis, that's another advantage for both of them, though I'm not sure how would this help since I don't know how Predator's works. Sub-Zero info analysis can scan tech to determine their status (ex. can tell if something is hacked) and can also gain knowledge on their abilities
Predator's AP oneshotted a dropship so oneshotting Sub-Zero works, meaning he has the AP advantage over the cyborg.
However, Sub-Zero is much more mobile since he can teleport and also fought against a speedster, which takes care of his plasmacaster. He has much more defense with his ability to flashfreeze himself to counter melee attacks.
The self-destruct device can be taken care of by freezing him in a block of ice.
Despite all these points, I'm not sure who wins though
