Just as the title says, who's the strongest character Discord of MLP can beat. In this case, Discord is in-character, and in the chance any future episodes showcase new powers/feats for Discord, those feats/powers of his can be counted here.

Nono, keep it in-character, but make him serious about winning, because I believe Discord doesn't take his battles seriously... I think, I'm not a MLP fan and I don't know anything about the series, just the things on their profiles and what other people say. =P

Discord doesn't take anything serious, ever. Except for Celestia.

Make him serious about "winning", bloodlusted, or something and you'll have an interesting conversation.

To be fair, while Discord may not take matters like combat seriously, his reality warping more than makes up for this, a good example being in the first part of Return of Harmony, when the first thing he did when the Mane 6 tried going through the Canterlot labyrinth to find the missing Elements of Harmony was take away the wings of Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, and the horns of Twilight and Rarity(Twilight was still a unicorn back then) just to make sure there was no 'cheating'. I'd imagine he'd do the same kinda thing with whoever he'd be fighting.
