Nobody Scales to it as it’s not interacted with, Higher Dimensions also aren’t considered valid unless there’s specifically a note that there Infinitely superior
the only possible way this would scale to anybody is if the dimensions were infinitely superior and the cosmology of Sonic Boom tied into the main games with Solaris I believe
although really Sonic is going to get a lot of upgrades relatively soon hopefully, so don’t be sad

I'm pretty sure it doesn't scale to anyone. Tho i do remember that dimension are Infinitely superior to each other in Sonic Shuffle that, if i remember correctly, connects with Sonic Boom
