2 post apocalyptic characters from a games popular for it. Also with Russian-Ukraine roots. So why not.
Location let be something common but at same time different. Capital wasteland from fallout 3.
Strelok is allowed to have artefacts 9-C weapons and armors, shortly saying, everything higher than 9-C is restricted.

So, let's go.

Wait, did nobody else come up with this match before? Odd. I haven't played both games in a while, but if I remember correctly Strelok starts battles with one of his assault rifles before using any of his artifacts, while Artyom uses the best and most suitable weapon for the ocassion.

I don't know much about Fallout 3 i only played the ones made by obsidian but if I remember correctly there's plenty of ruined buildings that the two of them can hide or use to save themselves from oncoming fire while also giving them a chance to heal up. Once Strelok realizes Artyom is stronger and more experienced than he looks he'll start using the artifacts to help him out. I'm unsure if Artyom's stealth mastery could help him as Strelok should have experience with other people and mutants sneaking up on him, but this is Artyom we're talking about, who managed to sneak past a large group of mercenaries who had plenty of light sources.

I'm neutral for now, but I'm leaning on Strelok.
