This thread is about updating some characters with new (or different) powers and abilities.
Some are due to the recently released Oro, some are assorted stuff I noticed overtime.
Oro
Powers&Abilities:
Skill
Oro has a new skill feat and statement.
1) The first can be seen in any gameplay video I linked above and more. In SFV he challenged himself by holding and juggling his pet turtle, and he manages to perform all of his moves and attacks without making it fall or take damage.
Just doing it alone in a "demonstration performace" would be impressive, but it could be assumed he can do it as well during casual battles, as those he had with Rose and Dhalsim.
2) I already talked about Winquotes in a previous CRT, saying that often characters brag about themselves and mock the opponent's strength and skill, even when in-lore it wouldn't make sense, making them unreliable for scaling purposes.
However, when characters talk about themselves and their own characteristics, or about others in terms of relationship and stuff, it's much more likely to believe them, like Karin talking about her Levitation Technique (which granted her possibly levitation in a previous CRT).
Here, Oro and Ibuki, in each other's winquotes, talk about how Senjutsu (Oro's heremitic fighting style) gave birth to Ninjutsu, and how Oro is featured in one of Ibuki's ninjutsu textbooks.
This means Oro should have a certain knowledge when it comes to Ninjutsu itself, or something very similar, and to a degree notable enough to be recognized in an official book.
This could even grant him Stealth Mastery, maybe likely or possibly, as ninjutsu is about being stealth.
Stamina
Keeping in mind what I previously said about winquotes, Oro's against Birdie reveals that his diet consists in not eating anything for about a year. Since he eventually needs to eat, this doesn't qualify for Self-Sustenance, but it's an impressive stamina feat.
M. Bison
Premise: The whole thing can be see here, it's easier than linking specific bits to single words.
Oro's story reveals some important details about the future of the series, specifically related to M. Bison.
Long story short, M. Bison's Psycho Power allows him to instill his dark will and ambition into others, corrupting and controlling their minds on a planetary scale, to the point that the world itself will reach its destruction.
Bison's willpower is so strong that it lingers even after his death and keeps spreading its effects.
This grants him Supernatural Willpower and limited Corruption (type 2).
Limited because It still takes a long time, months and possibly years, we don't know how much, but it would eventually happen.
I also don't know if this counts as planetary range overtime or something, since it acts as a sort of virus.
Oni
Levitation: He can levitate
Kage
Possibly Perception Manipulation: It's unclear if Kage already existed at the time, and if he was behind this, but the effects of the Satsui no Hado caused Sagat to see and hear a demon instead of a child.
Ryu, Ken and E. Honda
In a previous CRT I worded Denjin Renki, Heat Rush and Onigawara as Statistics Amplification, but they should rather be another form of Damage Boost.
Makoto and E. Honda
Body Control: With Tanden Renki and the aforementioned Onigawara, both can make their skin become red.

Oro
Powers&Abilities:
- Heat Manipulation: In SFV, Oro's Nichirin Sho deals fire damage when it touches the opponent, something that it didn't do in SF3. The flaming effect is the same of fire projectiles like Akuma and Dhalsim's, while other "normal" but red/orange attacks like Sagat's don't have such effect on hit.
- Social Influencing: Oro is known to possess several pets that live with him in his cave, demonstrating a certain skill in taming animals. But what's really particular is that one of them is a dolphin, and the parrot might work too. Being inredibly skilled at taming animals is already Social Influencing, and doing that alone with particular animals while living alone in the jungle makes it even more difficult.
- Elemental Manipulation: With the new version of Tengu Stone, Oro can randomly summon some special items that deal elemental damage: Kolin's book does ice damage, the Blanka-chan Doll does electric damage and the CPSP game system does fire damage.
- Pseudo Healing/Energy Manipulation: I honestly don't know is this should just be considered a gameplay element or not. Basically, among the items that can be summoned by Tengu Stone, there are a Dinosaur toy and the aforementioned Blanka-Chan doll, that have the additional effect to replenish a little of Oro's V-Meter, which I guess it can be considered a sort of energy gauge or stamina. This means they would sort of healing Oro by giving him more stamina/energy. It could be just gameplay, but I tought it was worthy to be mentioned.
