Shouldn't matter unless it's something they can't affect. And I think his madness boost and shocking their body should be enough to fry the disease. They also say they stood around it for an hour and got dizzy. I don't think this'll affect them at all.

Its not just a dizzy but continously nosebleeds, headaches and nausea.

Flins still have above baselines lightning and light manipulation because he manipulate an energy that is more fundamental than elements.

Yeah I didn't say that, the other stuff just isn't there but I notice the dizziness was from an hour of exposure. Doesn't sound that dangerous.
