Stats in relation to size?

I'm just wondering what the exact relation is between size and tiers, and probably things such as attacknpotency and durability, of animals? Like would an animal that's several times the height of an average human be considered wall level on size alone? Or is size not too deciding of a factor when deciding these sort of things?

I'm particularly curious because of a profile I want to make some point soon with a giant animal. Just curious as to what affect size would have on attack potency and such before applying the other abilities.
