He has 2 weapons whos attacks can't be reflected( Attack Reflection Negation (The Thunderer is said to be able to ignore reflective armor plates and the Void Ray Rifle projects dark energy that can't be reflected) and his own attack reflection, though Kat's is probably better since she can actually redirect the attacks(Absorption and Attack Reflection (The Reflector Gadget can absorb half of the damage taken, damage is partially reflected to the enemy with the Exoskeletons Set, the Titanic lottery Set, the Super Hater Set, the Object PGA-1013 "God" Set, the Curse Pharaoh Set, Golden Armor, Steel Clan Armor, The Etherion Armor, etc. reflects 30% of all damage taken - lasers, magic, rockets, and anything else.)
