I know Starjun has high regen but given it's a possible rating, and tack on the black coffin also being a distortion of space and time, I think it's a viable win con for Aizen. Granted Starjun's back channels are a counter it could just not work.
Aizen having Mid godly kinda negs Starjuns chance of winning, see nothing he has that can erase the soul and mind or body. Kinda a stomp.

Starjun can avoid 90 with Food Luck and Ultimate Routine. It also has the advantage of speed booster and can use BFR with Back Channel.

Aizen just eventually wins tbh.
Food Luck has a known limit, as in you can reach the point where food luck just doesn't work anymore against someone, this being shown with Joie vs Midora, so while Food luck would initially help against Aizen's Reiatsu Crush, it would eventually just stop working against Aizen after a period of time. This coupled with the fact Starjun doesn't have any in-character win-cons, or honestly no actual win-cons in general because of Aizen's Mid-Godly basically negging everything in Starjun's kit means he'll eventually just lose after Food Luck stops working.
Sad because Starjun's the GOAT but is what it is (Neo Acacia and Midora dogwalk this version of Aizen tho no cap)
