It is common knowledge among the JoJo community that the “Requiem Arrow” is just a bizarrely shaped arrow. The only reason a stand becomes a requiem stand is because the arrow pierces the stand, not the user. I don’t want to actually change the page to reflect this (that will be denied), although...

if that’s too much to ask, then at least make a note saying:
“It is very likely that the effects of the Requiem Arrow can occur with the regular Stand Arrow, and vice versa.”
