Staff Bias in CRT's

Of course, whether it be through good reputation of the OP, poor reputation of the OP, dislike of a verse, like of a verse, a want for more strictness with how we go about things, a want for more looseness, etc. all staff in some form or shape hold a bias no matter what thread they're covering. While it is our job to disregard our biases when doing threads, we can never get rid of them fully so there should be an expectation that be it agreement or disagreement that decision came in some part due to biasesness.
Especially since all of our staff was recruited from the user base of the wiki and as the users themselves will hold biases so too will we.
