No preptime or knowledge of each other, other than that Star saw Marco knocked out by Squid Girl picking up Marco with her tentacles and knocking him out.

They start 10 meters away from each other.

No BFR. Wins only brought through KO or death.

Squid Girl has a huge speed advantage, so there's not much Star can do especially when the distance is 10 meters. And since they're in character Star won't stop time. So I'll give it to Squid Girl.
