Spyro via Martial Arts, better abilities in general and Saitama's attitude in combat, I consider his AP slightly but not significantly better but it will not be enough.

Spyro has a 5-B feat that is likely far higher since he literally takes broken pieces of a planet and puts it back together. Not to mention Spyro has an advantage with flight and time manipulation.

Spyro via Martial Arts, Flight, as well as Elemetal, Time, Light and Darkness hax, which Saitama has no defence against.

It's impossible to tell how high Saitama is on the Planet Level tier, all we can tell is that he is above baseline, and, Spyro appears to also be above baseline since his profile states him to be "At least Planet level, likely much higher", so, there's not much reason to assume that Spyro would be unable to damage him or survive hits.
