Hey now. So, all I am proposing is that Twilight's AP, Striking Strength, and Durability are downscaled from Yor's 9-A feat, which is 5x above baseline. Loid survived a kick to the jaw, developing only a swollen chin. Also, the "he got knocked out" description on Loid's profile is deceptive, he got hit in the jaw with a kick by someone stronger than him, getting knocked out is to be expected. Had the kick been in any other part of the body, it would obviously not have the same effect.
But, however, I know!! That wasn't enough to upgrade him to 9-A in the past. But recently I've come across this official fanbook where the author answers some question, much like Oda's SBSs, and Vivre Cards.
"Q: How much fighting power does Loid have compared to Yo
A: If it's a simple physical ability, Yor is 100 and Loid is around 60-70"
Thus, scaling Loid over 800x lower than Yor is nonsensical. Loid's physicals are not too, too far behind Yor's, thus, downscaling to baseline 9-A is fair. (It is still a 5x difference, which is absurd)
As for the table anti-feat, it may simply be classified as an outlier, as Yor has displayed better feats than his, and even then, Loid survived her kick.
