I'm guessing that Gino is bloodlusted since he's only 9-C at his peak? Well, anyway, Ginosaji for higher pain tolerance, better stamina, and somewhat stronger immortality. He could continue to fight despite lethal wounds, while Murder could have his hands broken, thus disabling the use of his knife (and he has broken a hand before). Murder could kill him by doing something like beheading him with his knife, but that would be difficult, more difficult than it would be for Gino to break his hands.
