So doesn't seem like there's any new feats for Skid and Pump
The Happy Fella however would be 10-C physically (due to being a doll) and 9-C with a knife, it did intend to kill Skid and Pump but never actually harmed them
The Happy Fella also has Immortality Type 2 as it was fine after being stabbed in the head with a knife, and also appears to be able to swap between different Happy Fella toys
While the Happy Fellas are stated to be able to steal souls this Happy Fella is implied to already have a soul inside of it so i don't think it can do that

There's evidence to suggest the doll could be Dexter from episode 3, Dexter might be blaming her for becoming a doll

Most importantly the Happy Fella is called Dexter in the credits of the episode, he also contantly talks about his "needs" which was mentioned by Dexter previously, he also tries to kill a cat and convince Skid to get a cat (presumably to kill it) which was also sorta mentioned by Dexter aswell
