Well it would be possible for Grasshopper to still win having a slightly more effective way of hacks like paralyzing he would obviously freeze Spider Man in place, apparently small scale but effective reality warping that will make this much more harder then Spidey, time manipulation, size manipulation to still have somewhat of an ample chance to outwit Spider Man even more, teleportation is also something Spider Man wouldn't always see coming since Andrew's Precognition is a lot more limited among the other Spidey's.
