For one the dude lacks any really decent combat experience, he's had exactly two notable fights throughout the movies and one offscreen
Natsu can also get away with literally burning his webs and Spidermams like of CQC ability means he gets completely dominated up close

Just want to add this to Garg points, Natsu also has good AoE attack and the dude can take some beating from someone on his level. Natsu also fought someone who can read his mind (which can tell Natsu next move), basically making spidey limited precog kinda useless.
