Venom can't be knocked out?

The host can, but venom himself can keep fighting and can't be knocked out as he can still move his body even if his host is knocked out
Venoms heat resistance is far beyond what bakugo can output and he can regen from being exploded and Venom has regenned from being stabbed through the brain and shot in the head, and even if eddie was knocked out Venom can just puppet his body and keep fighting

spidey skill stomps effortlessly, hes way more nimble and spider sense negs everything bakugo tries to do

Honestly Way of the Spider is kind of a stompcon we never really addressed in previous matches, it's ridiculous enough to incon something that has insane precog capable of knowing everything that'll always happen by giving no openings whatsoever to the opponents.
Like, H2H is a laughable concept, and webs kinda already resist more heat than what Bakugo can ever give out.
Best case scenario this is a very decisive match, all other cases this is a stomp.
