Spider Man vs Rainbow Dash

This one seems pretty even to me

RULES:

~Spider Man can fly

~Rainbow Dash is given laser vision, sharp steel wings, and adamantium battle armor

There are two portions of the battle, a Race and a Battle Royale.

Takes place in New York City.

How is this fair at all? Dash is Massively Hypersonic+. There's no way Spidey is going to her, much less hurt her.

Honestly this one is close I mean Peter has webbing plus he's amazing but rainbow dash is supersonic plus she's awesome
