Spider-Man vs Kimimaro

Kimimaro's bones are stronger than steel, but it won't take too long for Spider-Man to notice that. Spidey is faster than base Kimimaro, so the later would have to activate his Cursed Seal (lv1). Spider-Man is still way faster and his Spider Sense will help him to do something like this: http://www.comicvine.com/images/1300-4327414
But probably Kimimaro would manage to escape with his Cursed Seal (lv2) (after all, he escaped from Gaara's Sand Trap). Spidey is still faster but he has not too much ways to beat him now. I just can think in Spidey's classic "Face Shot": http://www.comicvine.com/images/1300-1872594
...and punch him hard in the stomach for a KO, or maybe keep spaming Web Shots to the face and choke him, but this would be out of character.
(However, I might have forgotten something)
