you can't seriously believe that Bling Bling Boy beats spiderman lol.

Spidey's spider-sense alerts him to things that would **** him up/instantly kill him, and they slow action down to a crawl so that he can easily maneuver around the telegraph shot from a gun. The equipment won't be relevant because Spidey can just avoid it. It won't hurt him.

Speed amps don’t get equalized. Spider-sense is a reaction amp, it having a separate rating means jack.

Hell it’s a passive speed amp, and passives are unrestrictable.
