Spider-Man Upgrade

I found some feats of Spider-Man dodging Electro's electricity blasts. Considering Electro's powers are electricity and has the same properties (magnetism, conductible in wires, etc.) , can we possibly upgrade Spidey's speed/reflexes?

Since it's not cloud to ground lightning, I think this needs to be calced first.

There is also the fact that there is distance involved, that Electro himself is much slower and Spider-Man can time his movements, and that the "spider-sense"/precognition gives him an edge. All of this likely makes it harder to gauge.
