Spider-Man (Raimi Spider-Man Triolgy) vs Izuku Midoriya

Spidey wins 9/10 times, Izuku stands no chance here. (Probably a mismatch)

Spider-Man's precog means he isn't getting hit, and he can easily just tie him up with Web. Izuku doesn't have the lifting strength to break out of it so that's game over.

This isn't even a good fight for Spidey.
 
Adding to what Rusty is saying, Spidey Senses will make him impossible to hit. Even if Izuku can overwhelm it somehow, Spider-Man has been able to fight when his senses have been dulled.

I say 10/10 Spider-Man
