Honestly I don't remember much Toonforce from the 60s cartoon Spidey, certainly not on the level of Spidey Super Stories. The 60s cartoon was gloriously campy, Spidey Super Stories is just nonsense after nonsense.

Like I said, it's a guesstimate, and I wouldn't go with 1 second anyway. 5, 10... Anything but a second.
You can get force and KE out of that though it'd probably be way higher than anything else in the series barring the Star Jaws stuff.

Not too many good speed feats sadly, although Shockers blasts are stated to "shock" things several times and also have an electricity effect to them, so Shockers attack speed could be Supersonic assuming that it is actual electricity, i don't remember any instances of Spidey dodging the blasts thou
