Spider-Man and Black Widow vs. Alexander Durham (Grace)

Alex would probably start with his Information Analysis before attacking with his sword or using his magic attacks (The magic skills he can use is his 9-A key are his Support Skill, Fire Flash, Blazing Strike, Fire Flash Full Power, Incineration slash, Fire Fist and Outburst Wave). What do Spider-Man and Black Widow start with and how would they react to Alex's magic?
 
Spider-Man has precog to help him dodge attacks. He usually uses webbing to stop characters from attacking and help him beat up the opponent. Black Widow uses invisibility to go in for a surprise attack, if that fails, its guns and H2H combat.
 
Atm I'm leaning towards inconclusive.

While Alex has the AP advantage, I see this fight becoming a long drawn out fight, mostly thanks to Spidey's Precog. Widow definitely will be best suited in the support role once she realises that going up H2H is a bad idea. Both Widow's and Spidey's Stat reduction will be useful slowing him down, worsening his accuracy, and AP, enough to allow there own stat amping to get reasonably closer.

Alex does have the better stamina, but ISO-8 helps slowly keep Spidey and Widow in the game and it's too difficult, for me at least, to determine a clear winner.
 
Noticed some power null on Spidey and widow is that passive or something they actively need to use and is it in character for them to use that in every battle?
 
Spider-Man's power nullification prevents melee, range, and de/buff abilities (Whilst they're webbed) whilst Widow's prevents and removes stat amping.
 
Going from the comment above and the profile Spider-Man's webbing could be countered and broken out of but the problem lies with Widow imo her null doesn't have the requirements that Spidey's does thus making it more threatening but even then Alex has a severe ap advantage on them and not the same amount of mobility which could lead to this being drawn out
