Infinite speed is just moving and infinte distance in a finite amount of time. Moving in a timeless void is considered inaccesible speed. It's called that because it is based off an inaccesibility which are above infinite. Also moving in time stop is not infinite or inaccesible speed, because time still exist. Instead it would be time hax resistance. Think about it this way, inaccesible speed = d/t where d = any number and t = 0. In time stop =/= 0 since it still exist. It would just be time hax resistance.
