Speed up

After another rebirth of the Phoenix Man Child Emperor begins to fight with the zombie versions of Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind. Almost immediately, he kills them with a single blow, indicating his speed. Moreover, in this battle the Phoenix Man showed speed which was not able to react Brave Giant. Both ninjas showed at least Massively Hypersonic+ speed.
I think this is a good reason to increase the speed of the Phoenix Man and Child Emperor.

I agree. Also worth noting that first resurrection Phoenix Man kept up with the Brave Giant, and Child Emperor was able to block an attack from PM and pilot the Brave Giant to fight him. So both would scale.

Child Emperor didn't react to them or kill them. The first time he tried to slice them he only hit their afterimage. The second time he used an AoE electric shock underwater which temporarily paralyzed them but it didn't kill them. As we see them waking up in their human form the next chapter.

I also disagree with upgrading Child Emperor's speed ratings to scale to the Ninja Bros.
