Speed to cut clouds?

It is a straightforward question, what speed would you have to move to literally cut clouds?

“Hoping this finds you well, buddy! I gotta say those twin cutters do exactly what you said they did, pulling against each other and whipping the Sparrow forward constantly. It's like being on a slingshot. The thing vibrates constantly, but you get used to it after a while.

Here's the coolest thing, though—a few days ago, I had to move off a cliff and dive down 11,000 feet, and the thing literally cut the clouds, leaving swirls of mist around me as I went. It was beautiful.”

I would suspect having to be above speed of sound at least.

I suspect something similar to Neo from Matrix 2 moving so fast he pulled the clouds behind him.

Thoughts?

Not sure, though yeah above sos seems likely, I assume a calc could be done considering the angle your swing would be from.

Thank you for the thoughts on this, would have to be careful though to assume cloud size.
