How fast would somebody need to be to seemingly appear in multiple places at once to a real life human through sheer speed alone?

Depends on the distance.

In order to be in multiple places at once that's several miles away from eachother, the result would be much faster than say, multiple places at once in a roughly 50m radius.

What Akr said makes sense too.

Normally it would be a subsonic feat, if it's happening over a small area.but if the distance is really big you can ask for a calc, not sure how you calculate this tho...
