If an attack can destroy a 5 dimensional multiverse in a finite amount of time, is this infinite or immeasurable speed?

It's both range and DC/AP feats, assuming said 5D multiverse does indeed have higher dimensions with qualitative superiority over the lower dimensions.

I'm pretty sure that universe busting can be used as long as its finite speed or else some people would definitely get downgraded

That one is different because there was a blast that Goku and Beerus visibly reacted to. And their ki blasts are of comparable speed, since your speed and strength directly correlate to your ki levels.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean we should put IZ at immeasurable speed since that speed is above finite speed. Like if the DB universe was infinite would we give Goku + Beerus infinite speed? Also sorry for bringing up db its just the only example i could think of lol

IZ's a different case. I was mostly talking about Carrot and Beer.
