Possibly but it was done by stacking two speed buffs

well amplifying it x2 would be a safe low ball since it can 100% sinify anything.

even with 50% it can result in a speedBlizt

it is not always said with a numerical value how much the speed is increased (sometimes it is only said that it increases), the reason I'm throwing out this scan is because it gives a numerical value with this skills.

I see, so maybe something like "higher/faster with Lightfoot or Windrider", "Far higher/faster or [new speed tier depending on the base speed] with Lightfoot and Windrider together (Stated to increase speed by 100%)"
