I know that most verses in fiction don't follow this rule, but there is a serious issue concerning light speed travel and faster.
As many people are aware, the closer one travels to the speed of light in the real world, the slower time moves. This is due to the speed of light being constant regardless of the relative velocity of another object. It is a known fact that actually travelling at the speed of light, time does not move at all. This leads to some inconsistencies. Even a miniscule amount of time travelling at light speed would lead to an infinite amount of time passing all around the traveller, effectively travelling infinite years into the future as they travel, which effectively means that they have infinite speed, despite the fact that they don't. This is clearly not the case from the perspective of an onlooker, but it is the case to the traveller. It should also not be possible to travel faster than the speed of light, due to these same mechanics. Verses in fiction generally do not follow the laws of quantam mechanics, or even regular physics, and so they allow light speed travel and FTL speed travel. However, due to the nature of this wiki using real-world physics to calculate feats, it leads to some strange results.
Is there any way to bypass this issue? Exactly how should LS feats and FTLS feats be treated? It's been a question seriously bugging me for a while.
