Speed Increase Acceleration Calc (NARUTO)

So I am using the acceleration calc to try and find the increase in speed from Rock Lee after he removed his leg weights against Gaara, from this video, the total leg weights would be around 20382 lb. which would have a force of 90663.65 Newtons. This would lead to an acceleration relative to Rock Lee's weight of 102.74 lb to be 1945.49 m/s^2.

so for the acceleration calc, I was wondering, do I use Rock Lee's top speed for initial speed or just like 1 m/s for initial speed when starting?

The initial speed would be 0 because he starts at rest. But to answer the question, you'd use his initial speed, not his top speed.
