Does this make the speed force infinite dimensional?

I've seen that scan awhile ago, and no, it doesn't, Metron > Speed force (True Form Metron) and he isn't Infinite D,also the fact that the speed force has been currently only shown of being capable of moving around the borders of hypertime, which contextually was just 2-A.

Where was it stated or implied about Metatron being beyond the Speed Force if anything it only says about speedsters not the Speed Force itself.
