Thats like really basic low godly regen..meanwhile DS has better low godly regen than most if not all other low godly regen due to him can still regenerate even if you destroy both of his physical body and soul.

Time stop with power nullification pretty much helps him nullify the dispel bounds that DS has. Spawn has more types of immortality than DS

He dont, but DB is many layer of shields each one of them not only will null attack but also immediately regenerate if you happen to pierce through it, plus Spawn wont bypass DS regen and DS can use bloodstone to couter any damage that Spawn do to him

Mook Angels have shrugged off Lucifer's Time-Stop and they don't even have Dispelbound. Darsh himself can freeze Space-Time with Arcara to begin with.
