It wouldn't with just that context, no. Plus, that would be primarily range.
If in the context the energy traveled physically across infinite amount of space, then you have infinite speed.
Immeasurable requires more proof. If by going through these spatial dimensions you can also trivialize the flow of time to the point of treating it as a road to be walked through, which results in weird casual effects (like sending attacks that have already happened before you even did anything) and other things, then you could gain it.
